Georgia- based eShare Communications, Inc. (NasdaqNM: ESHR) closed at $1.77 on Friday up 82% since we included ESHR in our Stockprowler Watch list 2 weeks ago. http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/010418/atw010.html. Our last pick, Emerson Radio Corp. (Amex: MSN) eked out a more modest gain closing out the week at $1.41 after hitting a high of $1.52, a gain of 14% since our profile report.

Stockprowler has been receiving a considerable amount of mail urging us to pick more OTC Bulletin Board microcap stocks. We will try to do more of them, in fact, this weeks pick is one such stock. Readers should be advised that even though OTC BB stocks offer tremendous reward potential, an investor may lose part or all of his investment… OTC BB stocks are highly speculative. When we do profile an OTC BB stock we will try to balance things out by listing predominantly Nasdaq picks in our Stockprowler Watch box… Please notice that we have included STRXQ in our Watch even though Star Telecom has filed for Chp. 11 protection. It is our opinion that at 1 cent a share, Star Telecom is trading more like a Chp. 7 company, and that when news from the company is released STRXQ could conceivably trade at considerably higher levels… we feel this one bears watching closely.

Mill Valley, California based Guinness Telli*Phone Corporation (OTCBB: TELI) is the developer of an online system that gives households a fast, free, simple-to-use, local online service. The TelliPages instantly delivers detailed, up-to-the-minute, local information via a personal computer or a Telli Screen connected to a telephone. It is a simple, direct information solution for all the households in America …an information solution that connects them instantly with their community and the world. The Telli System represents an evolutionary leap forward in local information access and communication. Telli System's ATM-style interface and common language categories allow people to move precisely to what they're looking for, instantly and comfortably, through richly cross-indexed and logically organized information. The Telli Screen is America's first information appliance. Featuring a color LCD touch-screen, the Telli Screen plugs into a phone jack just like an answering machine and accesses the Telli system. With Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), the Telli system has been ported to wireless networks and is accessible via Web-enabled cell phones and palmtops at telli.com.

The TelliPages is an electronic version of the printed yellow pages directory, and includes detailed community news, schedules, events and classifieds. Unlike the Internet, which requires significant training and spare time, TelliPages is accessed quickly and easily using a simple telephone keypad. Guided by numbered statements, people make choices that are instantly analyzed by the TelliPages proprietary authored indexing system. This quick simulated conversation zips the user to local listings displaying current details that are needed. The TelliPages includes telephone business listings, retail advertising and current specials, community newsletters and notices, school agendas and reports, and classified buy and sell ads. We are literally burning through the earth’s forests at an alarming rate, with massive amounts of throwaway local telephone directories and newspapers. TelliPages presents a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative and with a potentially even greater reach than the Web ( fewer than 30% of American homes are on the Internet).

The company's prototype TelliPages Directory is stored in a computer at the company's offices in Mill Valley, California. It is connected to the local telephone system, and operates as the server for the Marin TelliPages. The TelliPages provide residents of the Mill Valley community with a "small town" visual communication forum for local businesses, organizations, associations, groups and residents to distribute reviews, schedules, newsletters and reports, and reserve or purchase tickets, food and merchandise, and distribute special discount offers and preferred commercial arrangements. Readers may “test drive” the TelliPages by clicking here… http://www.telli.com/three/system.php3

Guinness Telli*Phone will introduce the TelliPages to individual communities through a promotional campaign whereby people with personal computers will be able to download the free TelliPages system to their personal computers for direct access to TelliPages servers. Eventually, the company plans to distribute free Telli Screens to households in each area to establish a critical mass of users at minimal cost.

Guinness Telli*Phone expects revenues will be generated initially from storage of pages of commercial advertising and community information in the TelliPages Directory at an initial minimum monthly rate of $30 per page, fees from special advertising screens loaded into Telli Screens for offline reference, and licensing fees from companies and organizations with online servers that wish to communicate or transact business with Telli Screen users. The company plans to promote the sale of complete Telli Screen systems to businesses, associations and government agencies to establish internal telecommunications information networks. The company's initial marketing focus is householders, especially people who do not have the time or inclination to use a personal computer to exchange information through a worldwide online system, and a large marketplace of individuals, businesses and local groups whose primary interest is communicating and doing business with consumers and residents who reside within the few miles surrounding their location.

TELI is uniquely positioned to tap into the existing $82 billion/year local advertising market. As the company proceeds in its planned nationwide expansion, it will establish a local presence in each neighborhood and build its network community by community across the country. TELI has already created the first community-based prototype in Marin County, California.

On November 20, 2000 Guinness Telli*Phone Corp. announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the privately held NewsSurfer.com Corporation of San Francisco, CA and add content and functionality to its main site, www.telli.com. NewsSurfer.com Corporation, founded in 1999, specializes in the design, development and licensing of next generation search and knowledge management technology. The search technology brings over 50,000 headlines daily from 5,000-plus news sources on the Internet. Over 500,000 monthly unique users will access the revenue producing Telli World News Network technology.

On March 1, 2001 TELI announced that it has signed on to develop a partner-marketing program with Be Free, Inc. (NASDAQ: BFRE), the leading provider of a marketing platform that allows online businesses to attract, convert and retain customers easily and cost-effectively. In addition, Telli World News announced partnerships with major advertiser networks Sonar/DoubleClick Inc. (NASDAQ: DCLK) and Real Media. "The Be Free marketing platform and its related BFAST partner marketing service allows a company like TELI to develop a variety of strategic online marketing partners and manage complex alliances with top performers," said Gordon Hoffstein, chairman and CEO of Be Free, Inc.  Lawrence Guinness, president and CEO of Guinness Telli*Phone Corp. added, "Our leading technology enables businesses to enhance their websites by offering their customers access to over 50,000 daily news headlines in eight languages which are aggregated from over 5,000 news sources around the world." Guinness went on to explain, "A partnership with a market leader such as Be Free, Inc. allows Telli World News to tap into more sources of revenue by placing its news search on other websites. By using Be Free's BFAST partner-marketing service, Telli World News will cost-effectively attract new customers to license its unique search engine technology."

Guinness Telli*Phone Corp. has approximately $24 million invested in the development of its revolutionary Telli online information systems. Almost all invested capital has been received from individual and angel investors. TELI is a development stage company and closed its first major round of financing in April 2000 with Swartz Private Equity, LLC NP. This created a potential $30 million equity line for the development and deployment of Telli Screens and new technology. The financing came in the form of an equity line rather than a capital contribution, and, unfortunately, since the stock price has fallen dramatically in this tanking market, the financing arrangement will fall well short of company expectations.

TELI is caught between a rock and a hard place… tight money for fledgling companies and big partner alliances that would have been a given a yea r ago, are now hard to come by because the big boys are hurting in this bear market also. TELI is on the threshold like so many other small companies… most won’t make it, but some have an idea or product so big that its power to move them into the forefront in this new millennium cannot be denied. It is the opinion of Stockprowler.com that TELI will either survive as an entity on its own, or likely, be quickly bought out by a major player. At around a penny a share, TELI looks like a speculation that could offer an incredible upside return even though there is the very real risk of losing all or part of one’s investment.
