Our last pick, Cormax Business Solutions (OTC BB:CMXS), pulled back and disappointed many readers after the initial price/volume move subsequent to our company profile report. And, as a result of numerous email inquiries, Stockprowler.com contacted Cormax CEO Peter Leeuwerke requesting that he update investors on the Identex acquisition. Peter stated to us that he is receiving an “unbelievable 50 – 100 emails per day”. He went on to say “that my mission in life is to create value for our shareholders… and to that end I am extremely busy working to get the deal completed in the best interest of the shareholders.” He went on to say that it is his belief that “there is a lot of money to be made in IDENTEX.” Stockprowler.com agrees and suggests that anyone who missed our report on CMXS/Identex click on “Previous Picks” and read the report. It is our opinion that CMXS is truly a ground floor opportunity for the speculative investor.

Two of our Stockprowler Watch List stocks made spectacular moves during the past 2 weeks… PCDI and SBAC achieved gains of 145% and 118% respectively.

This week’s Watch List contains several stocks that we believe also have explosive potential. In addition to the aforementioned CMXS, check out an earlier Stockprowler pick, Endovasc Ltd. (OTC BB: ENVC) http://www.stockprowler.com/previous_picks/2-10-02.shtml. News out Nov. 6… Philip Morris and Endovasc team up to further improve Angiogenix; Nicotine-Based Treatment That Grows New Heart Vessels…

“Endovasc’s Angiogenix, already approved for Phase III FDA human clinical trials, is a revolutionary new cardiovascular drug that has been proven to recruit the body's own stem cells that help grow new heart vessels predicted to relieve chest pain and improve heart function. Angiogenix is a simple, small molecule derived from the tobacco plant that, when given in low doses, has demonstrated remarkable results in stimulating robust growth of new vessels in four different animal experiments with simulated blood-flow deficiencies, suggesting that it will do the same in a human patient's heart and limbs.” http://biz.yahoo.com/ccn/021106/1f82f2e8d9f3d14a2f2bba0d978cae01_1.html

Also looking good to us are Patriot Scientific (OTC BB: PTSC) and Vialink (OTC BB: VLNK)… Patriot Scientific was one of our first picks years ago and now looks to us like they may finally have it all together in their new IGNITE microprocessor chip for smart card applications. Patriot Scientific recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a major semiconductor company in China… Vialink has grown revenues for 11 consecutive quarters and last month signed 28 new partners… www.vialink.com. And lastly, for the long term, we like Sonus Networks (NasdaqNM: SONS)… looks very cheap at under a buck. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/021101/12131_1.html.

When was the last time you can remember an OTC BB stock announcing that it has retired a convertible preferred note with a cash prepayment? In our vast experience it doesn’t happen often and when it does it is usually a very positive sign that the company is on the upswing. iDial Networks, Inc. (OTC BB:IDNW) has not only retired its $750,000 convertible note with a cash prepayment…this payment was made with cash from operations without incurring any debt or shareholder dilution. Not only that, but in its last reported quarter, the company reported revenues increased 326% to a record $3,308,779 compared with the year ago quarter of $776, 375. iDial Networks CEO Mark Wood stated, “While the telecommunications industry is in the midst of a very difficult period, when some of the world's largest carriers are failing, we feel very good about our prospects during these turbulent times, during FY 2002 we have become increasingly focused on our core VoIP businesses. As an addition to our core VoIP business, our recently announced Dibz On-Line Collectable Prepaid Card for the Extreme Sports industry has generated a great deal of customer excitement and we aim to convert this enthusiasm into revenue as the year progresses.” For the third quarter of 2002, iDial Networks predicted an increase in total revenue growth to be in the range of 200% to 250% over the same period last year… Incredible!!
