Though our last pick, Israeli security company, Sec2Wireless Ltd. (OTC BB: TRVL) has yet to get legs, our top Watch List stock, Cetek Technologies, Inc. (OTC: CTKT) jumped an incredible 1350% in the 2 weeks following our report. It has since seen an equally dramatic and precipitous decline in price… Got to love those MM’s /shorters! For those of you that don’t know what all this commotion is all about, I suggest that you check out the RagingBull CTKT message board and… this newswire that was released by Cetek Technologies, that also appeared on the Motorola website: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/021008/80072_1.html

Very interesting… it has since been reported that the Motorola Semiconductor Division has confirmed the accuracy of the deal, and that Cetek Technologies CEO Fayiz Hilal has stated, “The company is seeking funding to establish a facility in the United States. Through affiliation, partnering and strategic alliance, two additional production facilities in the Far East are to be established. More details are pending, and will be made available via future press releases. This agreement has been a long time in coming to fruition, and we are extremely pleased to have achieved this major milestone for Cetek. We expect to move very quickly, with regard to the production facilities, to take full advantage of the massive worldwide market. This joint agreement with Motorola should lead to an enormous rate of growth of CNT production in the coming years.” It’s all sub-penny still… remember you got it first here on Stockprowler!

This week’s pick, Cormax Business Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: CMXS), is truly a ground floor opportunity for the speculative investor. On Thursday, October 24, Cormax announced that Peter Leeuwerke has been appointed President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Leeuwerke, who has over 25 years experience in business, and has managed several multi-national corporations, will be responsible for developing and refocusing Cormax’s security business into asset protection and brand authentication through the acquisition of privately held Identification Technologies, Inc. Peter Leeuwerke, who also heads Ingenuity Marketing, Inc. will acquire one million convertible preferred shares of Cormax, which is the controlling interest in Cormax. The agreement requires Ingenuity to complete the acquisition of Identification Technologies Inc (Identex) for the benefit of the Cormax Shareholders, to deliver an underwriting commitment of $3,000,000 USD, and pledge to obtain $8,000,000 USD in gross sales of Identex products and services within two years.

Identification Technologies Inc. (Identex), located in Alberta, Canada, is a registered security firm selling proprietary asset protection and brand authentication products and associated services. Its current client list includes many Fortune 500 companies across Canada including Ford Motor Company, Boeing, and GM Canada.

Identex is able to mark finished goods or pre-manufactured components of finished goods for identification. The core technology is based upon Identex’s proprietary Elemental Tagging System utilizing invisible tags. The tags can even be placed in fluids, plastics and metals. Once the tags are in place, analysis and verification is a simple process using the patented Identex XL 400 Tag Analyzer. The device has been likened to an invisible bar code scanner by those who have seen it demonstrated. In reality the XL 400 Tag Analyzer provides a sophisticated elemental analysis and access to the attached coded information. The system is virtually impossible to reverse engineer. Analysis of the elemental tags can be used to address such issues as quality control, genuine product verification, and supply and distribution chain diversion. Clients are able to authenticate their product at any point in the supply and distribution cycle. The client is able to track  product or product components from point of manufacturing to final retail sale. This process can also be used to protect major brands, which are often counterfeited and sold through unwitting or "gray-market" retailers.

Kroll Associates, a world leader in the security industry, was contracted to design the Identex Asset Protection Program based on the company’s proprietary Elemental Tagging System. Kroll Associates is a subsidiary of The Kroll-O'Gara Company (Nasdaq: KROG). Through the proper implementation of the Identex Asset Protection Program a complete chain of evidence is formed that is acceptable to law courts throughout North America. While the Asset Protection Program has been designed and proven as an effective theft and counterfeiting deterrence tool, some of Identex's clients have effectively used the product to catch professional thieves in the process of theft on an international scale.

Identex has established a 15-year track record in protecting all types of corporate assets for many major corporations including tools, computers, works of art, sports memorabilia, diamonds, etc. Many companies have reported a reduction in losses of over 70% after introducing Identex Asset Protection Programs as the primary loss prevention measure. Some have reported success rates as high as 90 -100%.

The Asset Protection market according to the Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition of Washington, D.C. has determined that the cost of counterfeit or stolen manufactured goods to North America manufacturers amounts to $300 billion US annually and that the worldwide problem exceeds $1 trillion US annually. Also, consider that employee theft is a major problem facing all mid- to large size companies. The US Department of Labor and Chamber of Commerce estimates that the average employer loses $500 US per employee per year to internal fraud.

It appears that Cormax Business Solutions, Inc., after the acquisition of Identification Technologies, Inc., will have total outstanding shares in common stock of 87,341,296 and 1,000,000 preferred shares after the repurchase. From what Stockprowler.com can determine the 1,000,000 preferred shares are convertible into 200 million common shares.

CMXS looks to us like an easy double or triple short term. From reports… people who have seen the product demonstrated have walked away very impressed. And consider this… Kroll Associates is probably the biggest name in security worldwide and they took the technology and designed a security program. Could be big…

We expect that given the relatively low number of outstanding shares with respect to the OTC market that this stock could achieve dramatic gains on any positive news released by the company. Stockprowler.com did not receive compensation of any kind from the company or third parties for writing this report. Readers are urged to read the company SEC filings and do their own due diligence before investing in this or any other stock.
