As stated in our bulletin put out last week on our Web site, Stockprowler.com is concerned that market makers may be excessively gapping up the open for these stocks each week. As you are aware Stockprowler.com is taking action in an attempt to level the playing field. The response we have chosen will, no doubt, be an inconvenience to a substantial number of our readers… and we apologize for that. We understand that this is not a perfect solution, and we are open to any suggestions that readers may have to improve upon it.

I'd like to take a few moments to look back at some previous Stockprowler picks which have hit new highs this past week… SBAS hit an intraweek high of 15 1/2… API soared to 8 1/4 intraweek… POPM hit 4 15/16… and ICOM touched 3. Judging from our mail, there are more than a few very happy Stockprowler readers out there!

Before we get to this week's pick, Stockprowler would like to revisit some early picks... First, ACRG… their SEC 10-Q was released Friday, and shows net income up 34% for the latest 9 month period over the previous period last year. Sales are up 8%. EPS for the period is 25 cents… and this is a stock trading at only 1 3/8!! Next, take a look at HYBN, the little biotech which holds many patents for antisense or mirror image synthetic DNA and RNA compounds, as stated in the Stockprowler report dated 12/9, "these are genetic drugs that have the potential to treat cancers, AIDS, hepatitis, and other viral diseases." HYBN currently has an antisense drug in Phase 2 testing. On Wednesday news came out that Isis Pharmaceuticals has developed a breakthrough cancer drug containing "antisense oligonucleotides"… HYBN could be hot very soon it's trading at only 1 11/32… keep your eyeballs glued to this one.

Lastly, Stockprowler would like to update you on CXI. Commodore Applied Technologies was profiled back on 9/26/99… as you may recall CXI has a patented "cold" non-incineration SET process which neutralizes/destroys a large variety of toxic chemical substances and nuclear wastes. The SET process may also be used to treat contaminated soil, and after treatment the soil may be returned to the environment.

It is the opinion of Stockprowler.com that CXI is ready to make its move. CXI has been selected by the Army to demo its SET process this spring… the contract for the demo alone is estimated by some to be worth $8 - $10 million. If the demo proves successful, the potential for U.S. government chemical de-mil contracts is staggering. Increasing the likelihood of all this becoming reality is the fact that the Army has recently received some very bad press regarding its Tooele chemical weapons incineration facility in Utah. Accusations have been flying that plant workers are being exposed, dangerous chemical agents are being emitted into the environment, and government agencies have conspired to cover up the whole mess. Environmental groups are demanding the plant be shut down immediately and that construction on similar planned facilities be halted. CXI is the likely beneficiary of all this negative press… environmental groups are supportive of non-incineration technology.

In addition to the potential government dollars, the CXI treatment process appears to be gaining commercial acceptance. On 12/13/99, CXI signed an agreement with Envirocare of Utah, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, CXI brings its patented SET process for treating radioactive and hazardous waste along with its nationwide EPA permit… Envirocare will provide its Clive, Utah treatment/disposal facility and its 20 years of experience in the mixed waste field. Envirocare customers include many Fortune 500 companies in addition to U.S. federal agencies. At the annual shareholders meeting in December, CXI management expressed optimism that many contracts would be signed this year and pointed toward Utah, Hawaii, Bluegrass, Japan, and China.

And now the Stockprowler.com pick of the week…

TMMI (OTC:BB) - Once in a while, if you are very lucky, you come across a company that has truly blockbuster potential… TMMI is such a company. Total Multimedia, Inc. of Thousand Oaks, California has a proprietary fractal compression technology which could make streaming, full-screen, high definition, interactive video on the Internet a reality in the very near future. In fact, our source tells us that TMMI may have a streaming video available for demo to broadband cable or DSL users on the company Web site within the week.

To understand what all the excitement is about, let's take a quick look at what fractal technology is all about. Fractals are mathematical equations which describe lines and shapes found in nature. Digital images can be broken down and compressed into fractals and stored in a fraction of the normal storage space. This is just one advantage that fractal compression technology has over JPEG and other digital compression technologies. The other advantage of fractal compression is that when images are brought back from storage and decompressed to be viewed full screen they don't lose much of their resolution and the colors remain true; this is because fractals are independent of scale. Compare this with digital compression which is pixel based… when the pixilated image is decompressed and enlarged, the image quality and color suffers in direct proportion to the increase in size of the image.

Widespread availability of broadband cable and DSL connections combined with vast increases in PC processing power have created a growing demand for high resolution interactive video on the Internet. The potential market for TMMI video compression technology is huge. In addition, TMMI has developed a cost effective method to digitally edit and compress still images. The new product, called EZ Images, is expected to be available this spring. The compression technology allows users to take in images at 1/6 the normal file size and still retain the highest image quality. EZ Images will interface with all digital cameras and scanner formats, and will allow the user to send pictures or slides over the Internet in a fraction of the time. TMMI intends to offer the $29.95 EZ Images software program on a free trial basis for 30 days so that users can see what a difference TruDef compression technology makes.

TMMI has also targeted the commercial market for its products: Web designers, looking to embed high quality images into Web pages while keeping down file size/download times; e-commerce sites, who have the need to display products while minimizing file size/download times; Medical imaging industry, need to store and transfer the highest quality images; Web broadcasters, need to deliver high quality synchronized video/audio from live concerts and other real time events.

TMMI closed at 37 cents on Friday up 23% on the day with 4,735,900 shares traded. The Stockprowler software/database has been showing heavy accumulation the past 10 trading days.

Good trading… Stockprowler
